Data processed

We process the identification, contact, country, project, preference and selected-area data submitted through the form, the information required to manage Google Calendar bookings, and minimal technical access data.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to answer enquiries, prepare consultations, arrange meetings and take requested pre-contractual steps. Where a professional relationship exists, processing also relies on contract performance and legal obligations. Site security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests. We do not send marketing without a valid legal basis.

Providers and recipients

Data may be processed by Google Workspace, Gmail, Apps Script and Google Calendar; GitHub Pages for hosting; and Cloudflare for DNS and technical services. It may also be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities where necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the EEA. Where applicable, GDPR mechanisms are used, including adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Enquiries and bookings that do not result in an engagement are retained for no more than 12 months after the last interaction. Contractual data is retained during the relationship and afterwards for applicable tax, accounting, contractual and liability periods.
